Update to my Italian Sausage Sandwich: I am no longer able to get the sausage I was using for this sandwich. So, I am morphing this into a new sandwich: The Meatball Sub. Made with Italian sausage meatballs (spicy) from New Season’s Market, a tomato sauce with peppers & onions, Provolone and Parmesan cheeses and served on a toasted hoagie roll.

Tofu Reuben- House-smoked tofu, house-made Russian dressing, stone-ground mustard, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese on rye bread.

The BAMF (vegan)- House-smoked tofu, olive tapenade, vegan cream cheese, horseradish, pickled red onion, roasted red peppers, sliced English cucumber, caramelized onions and arugula slaw (with arugula, carrots, walnuts, pickled onions & fennel and a lemon vinaigrette) on a toasted hoagie roll.
